Welcome to Shelby Montgomery Cosmo at ONYX

Shelby is a graduate of Washburn Tech Academy of Cosmetology. She is a certified cosmetologist who specializes in nail and hair services. She is exceptional at nail art, and loves helping people express their personality through their nails. In her free time she plays roller derby for the local Topeka team the Capital City Crushers and also runs a roller derby based podcast called Track Talk. She can’t wait to see you in NOTO.
